"Pate de Pulpo Á Feira."

 One of the most classic recipes in Galicia is "pulpo á feira," a delicious medley of sliced and grilled octopus, salt, olive oil and paprika. The one of a kind pate is created using that traditional recipe. All of the key ingredients are cooked down slowly and blended to create this wonderfully authentic pate from Galicia. Truly a special gastronomic experience.
